✨A bit about me.

Marketing Professional | Multidisciplinary Designer & Researcher | Empathetic User Advocate | People Nerd

My name is Chloe Gose, and I thrive connecting the dots and working out solutions that enhance the user experience through creative marketing campaigns, research studies, and user-centered design principles.

I have had a knack for user-centered thinking since I was a kid. For example, when my grandma couldn't figure out how to set up her computer, I unknowingly conducted moderated usability tests. The final result? I created a journey map to help her change her desktop background.

I am a multi-disciplinary researcher and designer drawing on my B.A. in Sociology from Whitman College, User Experience Certificate from the School of Visual Concepts, and several years on an agile marketing team. I approach UX challenges holistically, utilizing a research-based ideology to inform and shape insights.

As Marketing Coordinator, I manage projects throughout their life cycle, work collaboratively across departments on creative collateral and campaigns, and navigate fast-paced and constantly evolving projects.

Outside of work, I am a cat mom, dog aunt, plastic house plant horticulturalist, stereotypical PNW hiker, wine enthusiast, and video gamer.
